  1. The buildings penthouse next door 423 park is crazier. Costs ~92 million. If this hotel sold that penthouse it would be in the neighborhood of 70 million+ and going up every year. NYC is the home of the affluent

  2. Ive just worked out that one night in this hotel room is precisely equal to 6 years rent including all utility bills in my shared flat! Do I live in a third world country?… Nope, I live in England. Words cannot describe how insane this indulgence is!
